HATE - Crusade Zero
HotTwo years have passed since Polish death metallers Hate released their eminent 'Solarflesh' album, but finally the highly antisipated successor is here. I do consider Hate as a death metal band, but to be fair there's a good protion of black metal in their style as well with symphonic keyboards created atmosphere and thundering blast beats. The music is both brutal and technical, but yet very atmospheric and melodic and I simply love the way Atf Sinner growls - It's actually possible to hear what he sings and that's always a good thing in my opinion. The production is excellent and the song material is premium quality from start to end. This may very well be the album that makes Hate challengers to the throne of Poish extreme metal which until now has been held by the likes of Vader, Behemoth and Decapitated. If you liked 'Solarflesh' I'm sure you will love the refreshing brutality and atmospheric beauty of 'Crusade Zero' as well. Enough said, buy the album and discover it's greatness yourself.
