Melodic Groove Metal act Black Corona reveals hot details of their debut album “The Mission”, coming out on May 22nd through Art Gates Records worldwide.

It symbolizes that every mission can lead you into shadowy areas and eternal nights. The way ahead may look bleak and dark, but at the end of the mission there will always be a resolution.

“The Mission” features 8 original songs with soaring guitar melodies accentuated by hard guitar riffs and fast drumbeats.

The album is completed by a cover of the song “The Night Eternal”.

The artwork design is a creation of Emanuel Pichler (www.epic-design.at).

BIOGRAPHY/LOGO

Formed in the middle of the Alps in Innsbruck in 2017, this four pieced combo fuses melody and groove and into their own take on Metal music. The partly clean and shouted vocals are accompanied by spherical guitar melodies that can switch to ripping riffs in a moment’s notice. On their debut album they present eight songs as well as a tribute to the Swedish melodic death metal giants “At the Gates”. Midtempo beats, low-tuned guitars and soaring melodies are the soul and body of this opus.

If Black Coronas sounds would need to be defined, fitting labels could be Melodic Death Metal, Groove Metal and Metal Core. Their uniqueness to combine these music styles presents a sound genre which needs to be heard.
